Prompt Response:
Over break, I spent the first week up at my farm in North Georgia, here, I spent a lot of time with family, relaxing and celebrating Christmas. Over break, my family got a new dog, a Newfoundland named Willow, she is 120 lbs and is the largest dog we have ever owned. The second week of my break I spent down here in Atlanta, a lot of my time was spent cooking seeing as my mom was at work the majority of the time so I had the house mostly to myself, during this time I also went to wrestling practices, I cooked steak, made burgers, and I also meal prepped some amazing chicken, rice, and Pico bowls.

Reflection:
Today, I learned a little bit about what my goals were for the coming year.
Goals:
I want to make it to the state wrestling tournament this season. This goal is important to me because wrestling is a very big part of my life, and doing well at it makes me happy. To accomplish this goal, I will attend every practice leading up to the regionals tournament, I will also go to extra practices after practice three days a week. Along with the extra practice, I will visualize my goal daily to prepare my mind for it. I plan to achieve this goal by February 6th, which is when the sectionals tournament that qualifies you for state is.
I want to achieve all A's in my classes this year. This goal is important to me because I care about my grades, and I want to have a good GPA so I can get into a good college. To accomplish this goal, I will study regularly when I have a test and take the time I have when not practicing to do homework. I will also turn in all assignments on the due date so as not to have points taken off. I want to achieve this goal by the end of the school year in May.
I want to score 1300 or above on the SAT. This goal is important to me because the SAT score is very important when applying to college, and I want to get into a good college. To accomplish this goal, I will study for the SAT and get a tutor leading up to the test so that I do well. I plan to achieve this goal on the day of the SAT, which will likely be in March.
I want to bench 245 lbs by the start of the next wrestling season. This goal is important to me because bench press is my favorite excerice and I want to be better at it. To accomplish this goal, I will lift weights three times a week once the wrestling season is over so that I can get stronger. I plan to complete this goal by the start of the next wrestling season on November 9th, 2026.
